A bit about me: I live in a house with my partner from Germany. She recently accepted a job as a geologist in Geopark Sunnhordland. In my free time, I enjoy diving, playing football for Bremnes herrar 2, and strength training. During the winter, I enjoy snowboarding and randonée skiing.
Listens to? I listen to a little bit of everything except heavy metal. I particularly enjoy old hits from Queen, AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, and Dire Straits. Maybe I was born in the wrong era...?

- What type of company do you work in? I work in the oil and gas industry.
- How did you get this job? I started as an apprentice. After completing my apprenticeship, I took a leave of absence to pursue a bachelor's degree in automation. Once I had obtained my degree, I came back here.
- Why was it interesting to you? I simply enjoy technical challenges!
- What does your work involve? I have just accepted the position as IWOCS team lead, where I will be leading a small group of engineers.
- Why did you choose to work and settle in Sunnhordland? It felt natural. I grew up on Bømlo, and I enjoy living on an island surrounded by the sea. The nature here is also fantastic.
- What is great about living here besides the job? It's a safe environment, close to nature, and "everyone knows everyone," so you feel at home.
- What are your tips for others considering moving to Sunnhordland? Move to Bømlo! It's the best island to live on, in my opinion. And try to get a traditional fisherman's cottage. Then you'll have a great time both in winter and summer.
- A perfect workday for me is: Being helpful to my colleagues and being able to overcome the challenges I face!
